HAS minor SURFACE SCRATCHES and minor DISCOLORATION FROM
NORMAL USE.
THE BASE HAS a NICE BLUE HUE/TINT.
THERE ARE a COUPLE of minor DINGS ON THE EDGE OF THE BASE,
THIS WILL NOT EFFECT THE OPERATION/USE OF THIS ITEM.
THE RULE/SCALE HAS A SEMI-MODERATE DISCOLORATION AT THE
2 MARK, WHICH CAN BE VIEWED IN THE 6th PIC. ALSO HAS SOME
very minor PITTING HERE and THERE.
