NO RESERVE on this very nice 1971 Grumman AA1-A with only 1020 hours on a Mattituck Major and 3950 total time on the airframe. The mags were rebuilt, new baffling was installed for better engine cooling and the aileron bushings were replaced for better response. The plane has very nice glass, with an 8 overall condition inside and out. Radio gear is a KX-125 (very nice radio) transponder, encoder and ELT. This is a very straight (hands off) flying machine with no issues. Always hangared and well maintained. Annual is good through 09-14 and I can have it delivered for expenses. The only reason I'm selling it is, I needed a four place for my business and I just purchased one, otherwise I'd keep this Grumman, I really-really like it, it's just that nice. The great thing about this plane is "it's easy on the pocket book to own (low maintenance and only 5 1/2 gallons an hour) and really a lot fun to fly" plus it has an STC for auto fuel and should you ever need any parts, everything is available and cheap, so no worries and not much to do with this bird but fly it and enjoy it. Okay now the cool part, no reserve, but I wouldn't sit on my hands if I were you waiting to see what it bids up to! You see the first person who calls me and makes me an offer "I CAN'T REFUSE" I'll sell it. I'm going to advertise in locally too, so I reserve the right to cancel my auction anytime should an offer be made that I accept, so if you want a super deal on a super nice airplane, pick up the phone, if not, well... you can kick yourself later on for missing out on this one.
