Condition
The plane has just come out of its annual inspection and must have several squawks addressed to obtain a ferry permit or be airworthy. These include:
1. Repair corrosion on left flap;
2. Repair left engine turbo and replace turbo mounts;
3. Address corrosion and leaking oil seals on props;
4. Replacement of several fuel lines;
5 Magneto timing adjustment;
6. ELT battery replacement;
7. Comply with ADs 2008-10-02 and 2011-10-9.
The plane is otherwise in fair condition, including paint and interior. The photos were taken after a full detail, however the plane has been outside for some time now and is currently in need of another detailing.
Both engines have had extensive work recently that is similar in scope to a top overhaul.
History
The plane is owned by an LLC, that is composed of three partners. We have been the owners and operators of this plane for over ten years. It has been a dependable and cost effective plane and always professionally flown and maintained. The recent annual identified numerous squawks and based on declining usage of the plane by the partners, we decided it was time to sell the plane "as is" or find new partners willing to bring the plane back to airworthy condition.
Shipping and Payment
The plane is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with the plane being located in Bridgeport, CT. The plane will require the repairs listed above prior to being flown. There is a maintenance facility located at the airport that can do the work, or there is hangar space available for rent so that your own mechanic can do the required work.
The plane is currently subject to a purchase money security interest which will be paid at the time of sale to the ultimate buyer from the sale proceeds. Plane is sold free and clear of any other liens or claims, if any. Plane does not include any items not on its factory equipment list, and does not include such items as life jackets, head sets, and other ships gear and equipment.

WE CAN NOT OBTAIN REPAIR ESTIMATES.
REPAIR OF ANY AIRCRAFT WILL DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS, SUCH AS AVAILABILITY OF USED PARTS, LABOR RATE OF THE REPAIR FACILITY, FAMILIARITY WITH THE AIRCRAFT, ETC. AND WE WOULD NEVER PRESUME TO ESTIMATE THIS NUMBER FOR A BUYER.
