Up for bids, is a Honeywell King Avionics, KING KX 155 TSOd. 24/28 Volts Dc operation. Has Dual Frequency Digital Seven Segment Displays. Heads, with the "FLIP-FLOP'Active-In Use frequency change features.Auto dimming control.Auto Squelch.
This Radio is a"New " In Excellent Conditions, BOXED and Storaged. It is in Neat Conditions, Has Never been Installed or Used! Installed pins connector 30 pins and the other 20 pins connectors Has no signs of Ever been Wired Up !!These radios has the "OPTION" for the owner to install the Card for the Glideslope. It is purchased or ordered separetedly when buying a radio like these from an Avionics Shop.I was Informed.
The rear PC Board,s "gold Fingers" are clean and Un-Scratched !Antenna connectors shows no sings of Physical connections or Body frictions. As an Experienced QC Inspector, I can Do a FULL Assesment of the conditions of this KX 155 Radio.I tried to Focus" the camera Shots on all those Important points,when a unit like this has been prviously used or installed in any way, Except like I used to do And I own several radios installed in my CAr and at home to monitor the aviation bands,here in Florida.Where Radios are not Exposed to constant WEAR and Tear like an Aircraft used for Flight training, Radios are proned to Faceplate Color fadings, finger marks,smudges etc etc.
The Molex connector has no pre installed Pins, or remants of Chopped wires... as those when avionics shops clipped wirings for a "quick" removal of OLD avionics, as do the Aircraft parts Salvage sellers.
The radio's serial number is: 121568 and is shown in the photos. ALL Clean !!Both top cover panels and Lower panels, there is No visible scratches at all! From the Pulling out and Pushing in into the mounting rack.No sticker or tape marks on any of its upper and lower radio Covers panels.As those of the so called "YELLOW TAGS" GREEN TAGS or "RED TAGS"which would men this Radio is CONDEMMED ! Which it is NOT

I took radio to a local Airport's FLight School, and was allowed to test this unit in a plane's instrument panel that has same radio installed.
As I have no 24/28 Volts Power supply sources here of any sort. I do and have the wirings to do a partial cable harness,with MIC and Head Phones Jacks.And OEM Aircraft speaker.To be able to Power up this or NAY other KING avionics here in my Apartment. I was and Avionics wiring techniccian/Installer.
