This aircraft has been a flight trainer for the past 3 years. I purchased it from the Atlas Aviation in Tampa, FL about 3 years ago and leased it to a flight school so they could offer multi-engine training. I have been leasing it to a flight school that closed in South Carolina for 3 years. It has been on their Part 141 Flight School Certificate for several years. That means the FAA reviewed that aircraft and the logs and that the plane was maintained well enough to keep them happy, and we all know that is not easy!
As supported by the LOW RESERVE, I'm offering this plane, as is, where is. It's currently located at the Greenwood, SC airport (KGRD). It was flown into GRD around the end of November 2014.
- The annual expired November 30, 2014.
- 3 fuel cells have been replaced, the other 1 is in great condition.
- The heater inspection is due.
- Radios work well and the plane is IFR certified.
I can have the plane delivered anywhere in the USA for an additional fee. I will also be glad to assist you in obtaining flight training in this area or your home airport, if necessary.
An appointment is REQUIRED if you want to look at the plane. There is a maintenance shop at GRD if you want them to do a pre-buy inspection for you.
