“Lot X” vs. “Lot of X”: EBay requires that similar items have different pictures, titles, and descriptions. When our store has more than one item that is similar to another, we will list items with lot numbers (example “Lot 1” “Lot 2” etc). You will only be receiving what you see in the pictures. Returns: Returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments.
