Up for auction with NO RESERVE is our 1977 Cessna 172 Skyhawk XP. We purchased it just over a year ago. We are only selling because we’ve decided to change to something different, such as high performance at this point. This is the second 1977 Cessna 172 Skyhawk XP we’ve owned. This is a great cross country plane. I learned to fly and got my IFR certification in this model plane. It flies like a dream. We bought this for our personal use. We’ve flown all over Florida.

Annual was completed in May 2016. It has constant speed prop, which has been overhauled March 2015. Approximately 3150 total time and 980 engine time. Engine is a factory remanufactured, IO360KB engine with 2000 TBO. Paint and interior look likes an 8 out of 10. The paint is navy blue and white. The interior is navy blue (both carpet and seats).

Avionics: GTX Transponder, GMA340 Audio panel, GNS530 & GNS430 GPS, GI102A & GI106A, GA56 Antenna, EGT701 Scanner. Also has STEC ST183 System50 Auto Pilot. Useful load is approximately 1100 lbs.
