Taylorcraft BC12D, 1946, Aircraft has been hangared at least the last 20 years. 573 hours on C65 SMOH, Ceconite 1984, Fabric is in good condition. Engine compartment has been restored over the past year. All new baffles, new engine mount rubber, firewall repainted for better visibility when preflighting, prop overhaul in 2016 converted to climb prop, reconditioned carb with new filter installed, nose bowl painted, wheel pants restored and painted, new carpet in cockpit. Airplane has two 6 gallon aux wing tanks. All AD's complied with and no damage history. All but one logbook in my possession. Annual will be included in sale and is due this month. I have purchased a J3 Cub and need to sell this one. Great inexpensive way to fly. Burns around 4 gallons an hour. No electrical system, grandfathered under class B. External radio antenna for handheld. Located in Woodstock, Georgia. Price is firm.
