They flew it for 160 hours and both have completed their training.
I paid $21,000 for this airplane in June 2014.

New push-to-talk switches on yokes.
Intercom system.
New ELT.
All wiring, electrical and avionics, checked and up-dated.
Auto gas STC. Engine cowling STC (makes it like a 152). Spin-On Oil filter STC.
New voltage regulator.
All digital avionics. Dual NAV/COMs. DME. IFR certified. Avionics control panel.
Dual VOR, VOR/ILS.
Antennas overhauled.
New type mixture control assembly.
Upgraded rotating beacon.
Flap position indicator system overhauled.
Oil temperature system overhauled(everything is new accept the gage)
Paint is thin. Airplane has been completely treated to prevent corrosion.
Seats are in good shape. Rear window is starting to cloud.
Wheel pants are currently installed.
Plane has been hangared for most of the past year at Concord Regional Airport.
Though I have $43,000 invested in this plane, my basis, original costs plus new parts,

Operating cost using auto fuel is only about $17 per hour. I pay $650 per year for full coverage insurance. My tie-down fees are $65 per month. Engine depreciation is about $15 per hour.
Get some partners and learn to fly or build time for 1/3rd to 1/2 of renting.
