Narco MK-12D TSO Navcomm Radio complete with MountingTray. Just removed after fitting a new 8.33 radio in the aircraft as required by new UK regulations. The unit is in good working order with two minor niggles:
1. In cold weather turning the MHz tuning knob on the comms radio sometimes results in the display cycling back. Turning more slowly ensures it tunes OK. Once tuned for the first time it works fine for the rest of the session. It's been like that for years and has not caused a problem.
2. The nav radio works fine but doesn't give the audio ident.
The radio was recently fitted with a new display panel - photo shows new panel before fitting.
