Tach/Total time 1930.1. Extensive annual finished on June 28th 2010. New motor mounts installed. Fuel pump rebuilt, hydraulic pump rebuilt, new tires and tubs. Has minor cracking in the paint, not fabric damage. Complete list of work done available upon request. All original logs and flight manuals etc, are still with the aircraft and available for review. Avionics: KA134 Audio, 3 light marker, KX175B/KI214 com/nav/gs, KX170B/KI201 com/nav, KT76 xpndr, Century II auto pilot w/radio coupler. Other performance features are retractable landing gear, variable speed prop. Engine is Lycoming IO 540 K1E5 (300 hp FI 6 cyl). Model is 17-31A. Airplane is currently out of annual but buyer can obtain a ferry permit. This plane needs very little attention to bring it current and airworthy. Very fast (197 mph cruise). Priced to move. The total hours on the entire aircraft is 1930.1. There has not been any overhaul of the the motor. The Prop has the same time as the rest of the aircraft. This plane is all original. It has been run several times since its annual back int 2010. It has compression readings in the 70's on all cylinders.
