This is one of the nicest twin Cessna 310 I out there. Has been kept in the hanger and has a nice paint job. Panel has a Garmin 430 WAAS with a Garmin Gmx 200. This plane has had a very intensive annuals because I take my family and grand baby's in this bird. Total time on aircraft is 7639 but don't let the time scare you because it is well maintained. Left engine has 365 tso. Right engine has 572 tso. Left prop 298 tso. Right prop 298 tso. You can view a video of the plane before we updated the panel last year if you go to YouTube and search N1011S.
This is a no reserve auction and the plane will be sold. However keep in mind, I will only except CASH and that means Hundred Dollar Bills only. So don't bid if you can't come up with the cash.

Need to make a correction on a question that was asked. This aircraft did have a gear up landing in 2006. All damaged parts were replaced and intensive inspections performed every annual not just a sign off.
