Collins Comm VHF-251 TSO Transceiver / Intercom VHF 115 Mhz - 135 Mhz, came from local aerospace company sale, it was mounted in a large communication box which we removed, it has the sleeve and wires as shown, the faceplate has a tiny chip where one of the two screws holds it on the front ( see image with my finger ) This is guaranteed working
