This is your chance to get a great plane with an avionics package seldom found in a lower priced plane at an awesome price.  The Cherokee is one of the best flying GA planes on the market with very respectable cruising speeds, great fuel economy, and an extremely dependable engine.  With the big engine and constant speed prop conversion, this plane is amazing to fly.  This is the way Piper should have built this plane.  The climb performance is outstanding but yet it maintains the great fuel economy of the 4-cylinder Lycoming engine.  

The Cherokee functions perfectly as a great trainer or time building aircraft yet is also a very capable cross country plane with 48 gallons of useable fuel.  While not as forgiving as a Cessna, it will make you a much better pilot and set up an easier transition to more complex aircraft.

We are currently flying this plane as often as possible so hours will change slightly.  While the logbooks have been stolen, all hours have been transcribed, FAA 337's and STC paperwork is all there, prop was just overhauled and a full annual was just completed.
