This is a great flying C172 that I fly almost daily. Its in great flying condition and just had an annual inspection in October. It features the Lycoming 0320H2AD 160HP engine that just has been rebuilt. It was disassembled due to a camshaft. It was reassembled with a yellow tagged overhauled camshaft, brand new piston rings, new main and rod bearings, new rod bolts, new seals and gaskets, 2 new engine mounts. The engine is perfect and runs great. I fly it all the time. The airplane could use new interior pieces to make it super nice but I haven't worried about doing it. Ive been going on cross country trips with it since the engine was rebuilt. I have all the receipts and the work was done by an A&P/ IA. The exterior looks great. It has a new 4 place intercom and the radio is a MX 170B NAV/COMM. The headsets are not included. It flies level and true. Cruises 120knots easy. All logs are included. Airframe TT 13,000hrs.
