Woodward Propeller Governor. Listed as a core as I did not personally see this unit operate and have no way to test it. Removed from a Lycoming O-360- A1F6D Experimental owner decided to switch to fixed pitch and this was removed in the process. Shaft and levers turn smoothly. Ready for it to be off my shelf either way!
