I had a mishap when landing at Reading Airport (KRDG): The nosegear broke, due to metal fatigue (No pilot error).
I do not have the money to fix the plane, as my son heads for college and my daugther is about to follow.
The plane was built in 1995 by an prolific builder, I bought it in 2012 and had a great time with it, until my landing at Reading.
TT on airframe and engine is 1212hours.
It's a great plane for an experienced pilot and an enthusiastic builder. Engine (CONTINENTAL200), prop (MT ) cowling and nosegear need to be taken care off. (The airinduct on the belly took all the brunt, rest of the belly is undamaged...

There is a repair estimate by readingair.com. (See fotos) They can make the plane airworthy for 22.090,- but then of course, if you are a real builder you might have other access and better conditions...
