This is a brand new, never been covered, Piper J3, L4, and PA11 rudder from Aero Fabricators that is complete with the PMA tag the was issued with the rudder.  The tag reads: Aero Fabricators, FAA-PMA, Part No. 6100, Serial No. 111, Eligibility, Piper Models J3, L4, PA11.  Local pick up would be preferred, but I will consider building a shipping crate to ship this part in for a reasonable fee.
