The aircraft has 4575 airtime on the Tachometer. There is no damage history. I have air frame and engine logs for the plane. I bought the plane when I learned to fly and it flies perfect. The engine was overhauled in 2006 or 07. It has had a total of 10 hours on it since it was done. It was started once a month until about 2 years ago when I got sick. I am no longer able to obtain my ticket so I do not want to see it just sit here. The airplane would be a project for anyone who bought it. Especially if you were a licensed mechanic. The plane flew and flew great when we last took it up. It has a lot of power. We had performed a couple of upgrades by faa rules which gave her a little more pep in flight. It still has the original instrumentation and the radio is a 720 channel KX-170b. The radio works fine on the ground but after you takeoff it comes and goes. The N number is not current with the FAA either. I had moved after the plane was bought and the paperwork for the Tri never reached me and I had forgotten to take care of it due to illness. The plane will fly and can be ferried. I cannot see any corrosion in it and I will throw in a new battery with the sale. The engine is an 0-300 A continental and a Mcauley prop. Not sure of the spec on the prop except for it had a cruise style prop but will take off like you are using a climb prop. I have taken tons of pictures so ask all the questions you wish. I just want it to go to a good home. E bay would only allow me 24 pictures. I have more if you wish to see them. Thanks
