Q:  Is this the same Texas Air Salvage as based in NE Texas?

A:  YES, the ebay store is an extension of our brick and mortar operation based in NE Texas. We are the same company as seen commonly advertised in Trade-A-Plane, Barnstormers, Partsbase and through our  website where we list thousands of parts complete with details and photographs.  When purchasing a part from Texas Air Salvage (on-ebay), you can rest assured that you will have the same great customer support you expect when purchasing directly from our brick and mortar location or from our website.   

Q:  Does the parts come with an 8130-3 Form?

A:  Unless otherwise started in the ad description, all items are sold without and 8130 form. Used parts do not qualify for an 8130-3 form without first being – repaired – Overhauled – Inspected by a certified repair station.

Q:  What is the return policy?

A:  In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE, in the same condition as when shipped, and we will happily refund the purchase price (less shipping and crating).

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you READ, UNDERSTAND and AGREE to the following terms and conditions BEFORE bidding or making a purchase.

Terms and conditions:
Texas Air Salvage, LLC. (hereafter as "TAS"). Items purchased from TAS are sold in "AS REMOVED" condition ( As removed from a salvaged aircraft, in "as is" condition and with all faults ). TAS is not the manufacturer of the item(s) and gives no warranties, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the eligibility and airworthiness of the item(s) is with the buyer and / or installing agency. In the event the item does not meet your approval then the entire liability of TAS and your exclusive remedy, shall be your right to return the item to TAS within 30 days of the purchased date (Invoice date). Items being returned must be in same condition as when shipped. Shipping insurance is not provided by TAS and all shipping risk and expense is with the buyer. TAS will not be liable for shipping damages, incidental or consequential damages.
