Aircraft?? Car?? (I'm not sure what it's for)

I don't think this has ever been installed, it looks like it just has 30ish years of shelf wear/dust and mildew on the outside. There is a little corrosion on the copper head (green)and on the connector area. Look at pics to get an idea of the condition. I would think the pump would need to be gone through/rebuilt to make sure it's working properly.
