Description: For sale is our very well kept Piper PA28-140,
has been a great commuter for us, reliable and very well performing. The
Lycoming O-320-E2A with 150 HP rating has been installed in 2009 with 0 TSO and
is a great performer producing above average climb rates. The 1971 model comes
with convenient features, such as the later model instrument panel and advanced
throttle column. Our Piper also features dual Toe Brakes making operations as
multi crew cockpit or instruction convenient. Front seat shoulder harnesses.
Avionics: Dual Narco 810 flip-flop radios, Dual Narco 110
NAV, King KT76 XPDR and a KR86 ADF (not used or tested). The aircraft also
comes with an ICOM IC system for both front seats and push to talk switches and
a portable GPS system with color moving map.
MAINTENANCE STATUS: Delivery with fresh annual!
