You are bidding on my 1966 Cessna 150 with the Continental 0-200 engine with 525 SMOH. Plane is still being flown regularly so that number will go up a little. Airframe total time is approx 7700 but 3 years ago the plane underwent a $12,000 annual with many, many parts replaced or upgraded. Glass is in very good condition as is the interior. Plane has the heavy duty front landing gear (no it's not backwards). I have the logs from the 80's until now. New battery just installed. Plane has very cool wingtip landing lights as can be seen in the pics. Upgraded radios with dual push to talk buttons on the yokes. Plane also has a nice VOR indicator.
The pilot door must be opened with the outside handle, I just open the window and open it. The mechanism came loose from the inside handle, I assume. Couple small paint imperfections on the top cowl as shown in pics. System has been switched over to an alternator and all inspections are current and AD's have been complied with. Due for another annual the end of October.
I bought the plane a year ago to do my flight training instead of paying crazy rental fees to the flight school, now it's time to move on. The plane cruises at 100kts, I know the books all say a little more but I rarely went high enough to try to max cruise speed, that's not what this plane is about. Very fun, easy to handle forgiving plane to learn to fly in or cruise around and go for little trips. I flight plan for 6 gph fuel burn with 2 people. There are a ton of online resources if you want more details about the 150.
plane has a king kx155 and a king kx125, perfect for practicing IFR approaches.

If you've been watching this I put the incorrect TSMOH, it should be about 525 not 800.
