*************** OK, since I'm receiving offers from people who seem to think this is a desperation sale, I want to clear up the picture for everyone.*********** This plane is in very nice condition and has been well maintained. This is not a desperation sale.The previous owner simply had no use for it anymore as he owns several aircraft and was reducing his fleet. This plane was coming up on annual and he didn't want to put the money into it so I bought it , did the needed work . The engine was done in 04 by Mattituck. The plane was regularly flown and did not sit.Everything works as it should . There are no outstanding A.D.'s. It cruises at 100 ( it's a Skipper not a Bonanza). !!! Please do your research. 1983 Beech Skipper, 5850TT, 950 SMOH engine, compression all 70 / 80 or better , 2400hr TBO. Nice economical aircraft ,well maintained, very clean, Annual just completed this month.
This is one of the last Skippers to be built. They are a great plane and as result there are never many on the market because people tend to hold on to them . Extremely fun to fly and has a large cabin for comfort and great visibility.
