fresh annual, this plane sold awhile back without annual for 17,600.00. high bidder backed out as he said he wanted to tear the plane down in my hanger and do an annual, after annual if plane was airworthy and passed then he would pay me. i told him to stick it and turned him into ebay. he now has a mark by his name for non payment. so i had a fresh annual and here it is again.1971 beechcraft b 19 sport,2 door. ser num mb521, tail num n9727l. complete logs from new, 1195 total hours on airplane and engine.engine has never been apart.compressions are 75/80 62/80 75/80 65/80. plane has new paint 2 years old and upgraded leather interrior,stored inside hanger, no hail damage,.i had push to talk installed on yolk and intercom from pilot to co pilot.i bought this plane a few years ago with the intentions on getting my private,now im selling.this is an awsome flying airplane. no issues, it sips about 7 1/2 gallons an hr,and cruises at 130 mph. plane has new transponder battery, all instruments/nav com works fine. i gave 23,500 for airplane then had it painted and intercom put in. you wont be disapointed in this airplane. it also comes with all log books, all origional beech operating handbooks, working handheld radio,tons of books and yolk mount for i pad mini and so much more. plane will sell to high bidder as it must go. bid high and often, thanks and good luck

been getting a lot of questions, this is a 4 seater, 150 hp bullet proof lycoming 0-320 with a sensenich prop pitched to a 54 from a 58 that allows for plane to get off the ground quicker and a few mph off of top end cruise speed to around 125 mph now.engine logs and aircraft logs extensive since new.paid 5,000 for paint job,its is nice but not perfect. interrior was dirty in pics but is nice. this plane has a lot more room in it than a cherokee 140 or cessna 172. a real blast to fly and wants to fly itself. bullet proof landing gear as well.now that the 3rd class medical reform bill gets closer to being passed will allow the ones who have lost their medical to fly again. if you have a zero rating do not bid or i will cancel unless you contact me first at 254 760 9152. thanks there are two nice headsets that go with plane and a fitted cover and odds and ends. feel free to call

just wanted to be a little more specific about the interior, the tops and backs of front and back seats are leather, the rest of the material is leather looking material,this is the norm but didnt want to be misleading. nice upgrade from the old cloth. as i said just give me a call with any questions at 254 760 9152

plane shows 1501 hrs total time in log book, the a&p who did my annual this year found a mistake on page 29 of aircraft log,in 1978 tach was replaced on march 6 1978 . tach at that time was 827.75. new tach read 0000.02,time correction was therefore 827.73. tach now reads 378.00 so total time is 1195. foot note worst case is plane has 1501 total time on it if he is wrong. either way the plane has another 500 to 800 hours on it before it may need a top end. good luck . hanger is paid up for the month of october so plane can stay until the end of October if need be.
