This listing includes both a Garmin GPSMAP 195 AND a Garmin GPSCOM 190.
These are listed for parts/not working as the items work, but are incomplete and/or have battery problems.
GPSMAP 195:
Unit is in good used condition - tested on 6 AA batteries (not included). Powered on and located several satellites with remote antenna hooked up.

GPSCOM190:
Powered on when voltage applied across battery input terminals. Unable to test further.
The battery pack is nonfunctional and will need to be rebuilt as the cell ends in the battery pack are corroded.
It doesn't have the whip antenna or any other accessories other than a soft case.
GPSCOM 190 does not include any other accessories other than the soft case.
Here's the warranty:
The GPSMAP 195 is tested functional and functionality is warranted for 90-days from date of delivery.
The GPSCOM 190 was not tested beyond powering on. That said, it is also guaranteed functional for 90-days from receipt IF the battery pack is rebuilt (or appropriate external power is used) and an antenna is attached.
Item may not ship on original box/packaging.
Returns accepted for inaccurate description or functional issues.
TN customers pay 9-3/4% tax.
