I’ve owned this clean VFR 150 HP Cherokee for the last 17 years. Nice, low time airframe, 3782 TT with 1057 SMOH on the engine. No damage history and logs are complete. Cylinder compressions are 69/80, 79/80, 74/80, and 74/80. Annual due 8-01-2018. Garmin 250XL GPS/Com, radio works great, but navigation side of unit won’t lock onto satellites anymore, been using my iPad and ForeFlight. Transponder has Mode C capabilities, but 24 month certification is expired. Tannis engine preheater is installed and recently upgraded to a Steve’s Aircraft STC fuel filter. Also have the original wheelpants, just haven’t used them in awhile. Original paint with some very minor hail damage in several places.
