This is a New system from Stratus as a replacement for a defective unit that Appareo could not repair.  The box is marked "Newly Overhauled" and Stratus customer support said it is actually a new unit.  The unit has NEVER been used.  It has never been powered up by me.  It comes with a 6 month warranty (effective 6/1/2018) from Appareo.
