This is the Skyhawk you want!  Had to end last auction early due to weather getting in the way for annual to be completed.  Annual is now complete and it is back home tucked away ready for its next owner.

+/-340 SMOH (2008), +/-4,100 TT and I fly it weekly.  Fresh November annual, complete logs, Painted in 1990 and looks good since its always been in a hangar, I also just put new wing strut cuff's on at annual. New leather interior  in 2014 including carpet and side panels, IFR capable with dual Narco MK-12D Nav/Com's - would need a fresh pitot static to be IFR legal but I am confident it would pass.

Everything is operational, no leaks, squeaks bumps or bruises.  Has the reliable Lycoming O-320 150hp engine which has a 2,000hr TBO.

All the goodies - Wheel pants, Long range tanks (48 gal), Wingtip strobes on factory drop wing tips, Oil pan heater, Battery tender, Mac's winter cowling cover, MoGas stc, Mode C transponder (just certified in Oct), Autopilot (basic), Rosen visors, Intercom, LED Landing and Taxi lights, basic Garmin 396 GPS, extended baggage, 895 Useful load, Original POH, Dual PTT, Hobbs meter, New windscreen and vacuum pump, carb rebuilt in 2017 etc...  Had a lower firewall replacement years back, I had it thoroughly inspected when I purchased it and the replacement was done top notch so no concern for me.  Extremely clean and straight plane with no corrosion as it has always been in the Midwest (OK, TX, CO, MN) - I would fly this plane anywhere at any time with no concerns - its a great flying plane, I have used it on many trips back and forth to our cabin and it is hangered on both ends.  I looked long and hard to find this plane when I purchased it 2 years back, but now I had to get bigger plane for family trips, that is the only reason I am considering selling it.

Photo's are all recent from within the last few months.  Last couple of pics are from today 11/16 with new cuffs on and fresh back to its home airport after annual.  Annual consisted on mostly typical items, we did re-seal the nose gear and had starter rebuilt, new brakes, otherwise just the norm.

Purchase and title transfer will be done with a title company for both buyer and seller protection.

Lots of interest and questions, so a couple items to add:

I have hangar space available for whatever amount of time you need to get the plane picked up, of course it needs to get paid for as outlined in the auction, but I will help with whatever I can and will keep in inside until arrangements can be made.

Delivery is the responsibility of the buyer, I do know folks who can deliver on the new owners behalf for a reasonable fee.  Again, I will help however I can and if it fits in my schedule I may be able to meet - but ultimately it is the new owners responsibility for transport and the plane needs to be paid for as outlined.

My buy it now price is $60k, but due to the amount of bids the buy it now price has gone away (not me, ebay).

No hail damage or any other damage for that matter.

Yes I have all papers for the plane, original POH, registration, all logs, Airworthy cert, checklists, weight and balance, etc.  its all there.  it will come with tow bar, control lock, engine cover, qRef checklist, other checklists.

Intercom is a 2 place, there is a box under the back seat to make it a 4 place and wires are run - however I don't know what it needs for it to be active, likely something simple but I have never used it.

Both VOR receivers have glideslope on them with no marker beacon.  I have not flown the plane IFR, however the previous owner did and got his IFR ticket in the plane.  As listed above it has all equipment, just needs pitot static to be legal.

All gauges are accurate and working as they should as is everything else in the plane.

Radio displays are good, I had them replaced a couple years back.  I guess this was a common issue on these radios, but they have been addressed.

I have not updated the maps on the GPS, I use Foreflight but I can tell you the GPS works great and is very simple to use.  The 2 black things you see on the dash with the lightning bolts are magnets that I use to hold iPad and iPhone for navigation.  GPS is hardwired in and 12v outlet works.

Flaps are 40 degree.

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO PLACE YOUR BID!!!! - EBAY MAY HAVE A LIMIT ON YOUR BIDDING AMOUNT DEPENDING ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND PURCHASE HISTORY -  YOU MAY NEED TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO PLACING A BID.  THIS IS TYPICAL FOR AUCTIONS EXCEEDING $50K IN VALUE, I HAVE SOLD QUITE A FEW HIGH TICKET ITEMS JUST TO FIND OUT SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT ABLE TO PLACE FINAL BIDS DUE TO THIS RESRICTION, SO IF YOU PLAN TO BID AT THE END OF THE AUCTION YOU MAY WANT TO PLACE A BID AT A LOWER AMOUNT TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT NEED TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT.  GOOD LUCK, THANKS!!
