If you're looking at this, you probably know what it is. The amount of weather info this technology puts at your fingertips in the cockpit is simply amazing. This setup is for the iPad users and you'll want to use the Foreflight app to display the info. Also will require you to have an XM subscription so you can download the satellite data. Check on XM's website for rates and plans.
This package comes with everything you'll need regarding hardware except for an iPad. If you have any questions about what kind of iPad you'll need, I'd give Foreflight a ring and I'm sure they can help you out. We actually used iPad 1's and it was just fine so I'm sure most of the new ones will be even better.
