This listing is for a 1972 Grumman AA1A. 4851 TT 1531 SMOH. It was repainted in 2011 and is in overall good shape except for some scratches and scrapes here and there, new tires at last annual in 2014, new battery and directional gyro in 2015. A compression check was performed on the engine on 3/23/15 and was 76/71/72/75. The times will change a little as I will be flying it to another airport for the annual inspection on 4/27/2015. Any repairs or maintenance needed will be taken care of at that time. It is equipped with a Bendix 135A GPS/COMM and a Narco AT50 transponder all in good working condition. Everything on the plane works apart from an older comm2. Additional equipment include a 12 volt power outlet, installed overhead sun shades and 2 place intercom with push to talk. Included in the sale is a canopy cover, wheel chocks and tow bar. This is a very economical plane to build time in, own and fly with a fuel burn at 5 gallons per hour, and with a fresh annual this month, it is truly a buy and fly airplane.
