1970 Cessna 172K. Penn Yann 180 HP engine. Airframe has 6400 TT and the engine is over the 2000 hour TBO but running very well. It has current compressions of 77, 76, 78, 77. The engine bay is clean and dry and is well maintained. The plane runs and flies well. Radios work. It has two MX 300 digital Nav Com's.
The paint is OK but has some fading of the accent colors and it is thin on the tail.
Glass is good
Interior is very good, seats and carpets look very recent. Headliner has some wear.
Wheel pants.
Very Complete logs with very comprehensive and expansive annuals and entries from some very high profile San Francisco shops.
Annual is current until August 1st 2015.
