 Plane is sold as is where is ,no written or expressed warranties ,delivered with a clear tile or f encumbrances. With cleared funds title will be transfer by FAA bill of sale and registration. Sales tax is the buyers responsibility if your state collects tax on aircraft purchases.

 I urge you to do your due diligence with a pre purchase , title search and any other searches deemed informational to make a informed purchase. Placing a bid is a contract to purchase . 

So here we have a 1954 Beechcraft E-35 Bonanza, this Bonanza is very clean and maintained aircraft. A preserved piece of aviation Americana! If your looking for transportation , weekend flyer , display aircraft this is it. The E35 V-tail Bonanza has great lines , flies nice and is economical to operate. The plane is in great shape , good paint , nice leather interior with wool,headliner . It has been well appointed with many upgrades that include. Single piece windshield , 3/8 glass with extra large storm windows for the pilot and co pilot, Rosen visors, engine cooling fins Bass shoulder harness system . See the equipment list in the beginning of the description for a complete list. All systems are operational and in annual inspection. 

 The plane has been hangared and covered for over 10 years. The paint shows excellent with one small area of paint chipping from the trailing edge of the right wing skin panel. It's been treated primed and just needs some touch up. 

The only damage we can find on the plane is from 1958 by 337 search. See records for complete information. Because of the age of the 337 we haven't been able to verify what happen. It's been flying for for nearly 40 years since the 337 form and endorsement. The past owner and present have spent much time going back in records trying to contact listed owners but haven't had much luck.

 I am helping the owner sell this plane as he finds himself with not enough time to use the the plane as he intended . I helped him source and purchase it from another friend who found himself not being able to support the habit . Both owners have pampered this bird and we now are looking to find it another good home to preserve this vintage plane in its pristine condition. 

Logbooks are complete and original. The plane was put onto the Adlog system in 1999 to present , so this is what I've copied and placed into Dropbox for viewing on line. Propeller , airframe , engine, current AD list, 337s can all be viewed. Books 1-4 are available for viewing with the aircraft by appointment .  Pre Purchase inspection can be performed at E16 San Martin California. Other arrangements are possible to the successful buyer in contract at the buyers cost. I advise the use of an escrow company of your choice to protect both parties, though not a requirement . If you decide using an escrow company it is at buyers expense.

 Test flights will not be offered until an offer has been accepted ,deposit is received and if it's conditional to your contract. Test flights are at buyers cost.
