1965 Cherokee 180 with Constant speed prop, Factory Float kit and Robertson STOL kit.   The "float kit" is the ABILITY to be put on floats. There are no floats with it. This plane has briefly been on floats in it's early years. Very few Cherokee 180's had float kits. They make surprisingly good fun little float planes. Also, it has a ROBERTSON STOL kit. This means that it has the cuffed leading edge that generates more lift at lower speeds while also having ailerons that droop incrementally with the flaps. Unlike on some Cessna's, when the ailerons are drooped, they still maintain their full "up" deflection ability. This plane will land at 31 knots. The flaps extend UNDER the fuselage as well giving a continuous flap from wingtip to wingtip. You can see this in the pictures.  The Constant speed prop was installed in 1970. It is essentially a Mooney M20C engine and prop. 180 HP. A very useful addition. The early Arrows had 180 HP with a constant speed prop too. 
It only has 3434 TT but although it is in annual and is running very well, the engine is 163 hours OVER TBO. That is why it is cheap.  You can also see it on my website at skywagons dot com

INTERIOR: Two-Tone grey seats in good condition and older carpet with cream headliner and plastics in good condition. Rated at a 7.5 out of 10. (Carpet lets it down)

EXTERIOR: Overal white with blue major accent and red minor accent in a custom Cherokee 180 scheme (with a few areas where it is chipped). Rated at a 7 out of 10.

HISTORY: A very nice Piper Cherokee 180 with many great features. This plane has been spent time in the dry Mid-West to the West Coast and finally in California. Flown regularly and well maintained. No damage history, complete logs, no hail and no corrosion.

One of the only few Cherokee 180s with Constant Speed Prop, Float Kit and a Robertson STOL Kit. The Robertson will droop the ailerons with the flaps and no loss of aileron authority occurs as it does with some Cessnas when the Robertson is deployed. This combination gives our '65 Cherokee 180 the capability to land at around 35 Miles Per Hour.

The engine is 165 hours OVER TBO, but is running well as seems to be commonm in these 180 HP Lycomings.  The reason it is so reasonably priced is because the engine is over TBO.

 Due to a huge amount of questions and interest in this plane, I'll add a few general answers here.

The plane has a float kit and so can be put on floats. It does not have floats included and it has not been on floats for 45 years.
The Robertson STOL Kit costs $22,000 to put on a plane, The flaps work just like normal but when you pull them on, the ailerons come down too. Plus there is a flap under the belly.
The plane was originally a fixed pitch Cherokee 180 just like all the others.  In 1970 it had the hollow crank constant speed 0-360 180 HP engine added. This STC was $26,000 to do even back then.
This airframe is the Regular Cherokee 180 airframe, baggage area and third side window etc. It has the "hersey bar" wing and baggage door.
The engine is a 2000 TBO just like all 0-360's and at the moment it is at 2160 which is 160 hours OVER TBO, so the engine is run-out but is running well. You can fly it anywhere and put a few hundred hours more on it, BUT it is "on paper" over TBO.  There is no rule that you have to overhaul it. I have seen them with 3300 hours on them.
The interior is good with the exception of the carpet.  The paint is good with the exception of a few chips that you can see in the photos.
The plane is airworthy and will fly away today.
