This is a highly upgraded Mooney Executive with all the toys. Recently rigged,  Flies straight and fast (plans out 150kts on 10 gph) I have all logs since day 1.

Logs indicate that Top overhaul was done in 08 to accommodate the better cylinders.

In 09 the bottom was rebuilt as well. This airplane has approx 550 hours since that was completed.  

I have just completed an extensive annual and all ADs are completely up to date. This plane VREF's value with current times and equipment is almost 60K ($59,800)

This plane is ready to fly anywhere in the country at 6 hour + intervals at fast airspeeds.
