1970 fast, well maintained, well flying Grumman / American Aviation AA1 Yankee. The plane flies well I flew it to tha Bahamas a couple of weeks ago, and across the USA last summer, the bidding starts at only $15999 with no reserve, it get up to 135mph on just 5-6gph, empty weight 1029lbs,

MTOW 1500lbs max usable fuel 128lbs (22 US Gal), keep in mind this plane is for two standard adults

if you are considerable over the the FAA standard weight you can fly with a slim girl, but not recommended if you regular fly with 2 heavy guys (but you would have the same problem with the most 2 seat aircraft like Cessna 150, Piper Tomahawk, Aircoupe etc. )
