I am offering a King KY 196E, Communications Transceiver,  PN 064-1019, Mods 1 thru 13 (completed).   This was working when the Navajo it was part of, was parked. That was some 8 years ago.  It sat in a hanger with a dehumifier in the aircraft.  The face of the radio is discolored from little usage and summer temperatures. As with everything I offer, this may be returned for a full refund for any reason.  USPS  Priority Mail, $12.80.
