1956 Beechcraft Bonanza G35
sn# D-4763
1956 G35 Bonanza
sn#D-4763 In good condition. Airline Pilot owned and maintained. The paint is 9 and interior is 8 with new
leather seats. King Digital IFR (We file
IFR flight plans as /A) with current inspection till 2015. Has an insight G2 six point EGT CHT color
engine monitor with fuel flow display.
Extensive annual
completed April 2014. New ignition
switch installed, replaces the old type that acted as the battery master on
older Bonanzas. (Its hard on your
avionics during a mag check as the power is interrupted when the key is
turned) New vernier-type mixture cable
installed – allows more precise LOP operations.
Thompson TF-1900 fuel pump overhauled with new parts.
Gear inspected &
serviced in accordance with ABS expanded service guidelines. Landing gear motor overhauled 2013, nose gear
seals replaced 2012. Tires in good
shape.
All the logs are
complete with very well organized maintenance records, the best I have seen on
all the planes I have ever owned.
Included is the Beechcraft shop manual, parts manual, Electric Prop
manuals, and Lew Gauge’s E-series ‘bible’ (an absolute must have for E-series
owners) from the American Bonanza Society.
The Bonanza spends 99%
of its time in a heated hangar, yet it is equipped with a Rieff 7-point engine
pre-heater. Fitted custom engine, prop,
and spinner blankets are included.
924 pounds of useful
load. Damage history – gear up landing
in 2001. Aircraft restored/repaired
& engine overhauled to its current condition.
This is a well
maintained excellent running classic Bonanza.
Very economic at 145kts cruise on only 11gph. Only reason for the sale is we need six
seats.
Relisted due to non paying bidder.
Interested in trades for the Bonanza, let me know what you have. Preference for cash sale first, then trades for other aircraft.
---A word about E-series Bonanzas. These are solid classic planes. Over the years of ownership I have heard
almost every “old wives tale” about them and I can honestly say that most of
them are pretty false. Parts are not any
harder to find than other planes that are 50 years old. Every A&P/Shop I have worked with has no
problem with the E-series. If you can
change the oil you can do most anything including lubing the pitch change
bearing.
