We have received numerous questions about the liens on this aircraft. This sale will cover the Broward County Lien. At the current price, the State of California lien should be satisfied. There is anAircraft Security Agreement with amount unspecified on file with the FAA - it is unknown if proceeds of this sale will cover that amount, hence the non-airworthy status of the aircraft. Procedures outlined in Florida Statute 705.183 for the application of all funds received will be followed.
