Marked Patented June 1926
Some rust on bottom outside edge of dial rim as shown in the pic.  The glass in that area is still intact to the rim.  Measures 5" across from outer sides, side screw to side screw.
Used in an industrial boiler heating system - combination temperature/pressure gauge. The pressure measures in feet. It told the building maintainance how high in the building the water in the hot water (not steam) system/radiator was. It reads 70 feet so the building was 6 or 7 stories tall.
