This kit contains the following:
1) ImageMate USB device with the upgraded Honeywell firmware (verified);
2) Software drivers on CD-ROM needed to support the ImageMate USB device for compatibility with a legacy Windows 98/ME system;
3) Software driver installation guide.
PLEASE NOTE:
For Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8, the CD-ROM is not required. The ImageMate WILL WORK with newer Windows systems (XP, 7 & 8) as long as you use the newer "Windows 7 Compatible" version of Wingman's GPS Database Loader program.
To save money, you may purchase the ImageMate USB device WITHOUT the CD-ROM. For this option click on "SEE OTHER ITEMS" under my Ebay user name. This is the better choice for a typical Windows XP, 7 or 8 system.
This kit is for use in conjunction with the Bendix/King Wingman GPS database download program(s) and a subscription to the GPS database downloads. Not for Macintosh systems. Not compatible with King KLN-89B database cards.
