Cessna 310K price reduced for quick sale. I don't want to sell my airplane but I need the money for a business venture.
She flies great, cruises about 205 mph. Fill her up with full fuel, 4 people, and luggage, she leaps off the runway and climbs at 700 fpm.
Two rebuilt engines would cost more than this opening bid. Don't believe me? Go price 2 new IO-470s. Think that bargain-priced plane with high-time engines is really a bargain? Try adding another $60k to $70k when you have to replace those engines next year. These engines are just barely broke in (right engine still has break-in oil). I have $90,000 invested. I wouldn't sell except I need the money.
