NOTES:

As you can see it was used for cargo ... Its not going to win any Beauty shows.. It has complete logs, It has been well kept with maintenance since it was on PART 135 ... Its missing the rear (4) seats but I have a set that I'm including with the sale.. So it will include (6) seats total.. The 4 rear seats will be in the back for the new owner to install... If your going to return it to passenger configuration you will need some side panels, carpet , headliner, etc.. I have seen these complete Baron interiors listed on ebay 4-6K .. I had one of these same Barons a few years ago... 14K TT, Runout engines, I put a used interior in it, flew it for 100+ hrs with no problems and sold it for double what this one is listed for ...

If your looking for a cheap time builder this is it.... If you want to haul cargo, or have a plane that can this fits that bill perfect... Spend 4-6K you could have a passenger hauler again...

I ferried the aircraft after it was sitting for 3 yrs.... Plane flew great, mag drops less than 100... My ferry permit was gear down so it wasn't the fastest flight 140-145 kts ... But the plane flew great, hands off, and felt tight... I wouldn't think twice about jumping in this bird and flying anywhere.... All I did was inspected the aircraft, check any AD(s) that would prohibit flight, installed 2 new batteries , checked fuel vents, replaced a missing 3-1 gauge... 4 hrs worth of work and it was ready to go, DAR inspected it and gave me a ferry permit...

Sorry about the long AD .... Had a lot of questions regarding the aircraft...
