Very Good condtion, check, working, 240 watts... With tray and connector shell & and new GOLD connectors... Really no excuses. It is very nice TDR950. I bought it for a kit plane project I sold. I had it checked when I bought it 4 years ago. It checked good. I had it re-check before listing here and yellow tagged. It is high power, on frequency and codes are nice. The plastic is not cracked and bulbs are good.... This is a later model unit, clean...
Like the rest of the Collins Microline series, the Collins TDR-950 Transponder
has a well-earned reputation for reliability.
The TDR-950 is a full
featured transponder in a compact chassis. In fact, it has the shortest depth of
all transponders, making it possible to install where other units simply won't
fit. (Approximately 8.5" are required behind the instrument panel.)
The
TDR-950 offers 250 watts of transmission power, operation up to 62,000 feet, and
compatibility with encoders (either an encoding altimeter or a blind
encoder).
The TDR-950 features:
- 4096 discrete codes
- Mode C compatibility
- TSO'd
