Very nice flying C421 with S-Tec 55X auto Pilot, GTX327 Transponder, G600 panel including Flight Charts and G530/430 with XM weather. Just the avionics would cost what the whole aircraft is selling for.

Pressurization works very well and aircraft easily climbs to 24,000 ft for cruise.

Last annual was 15 March 2015. Just completed an annual now but the IA that inspected the aircraft was concerned about some minor cracks in engines. The engines are due overhaul anyway so anyone buying this machine should plan a ferry permit to move it to a facility for engine work.

It will have to fly on a ferry permit since the current annual has not been singed off.

I personally flew this aircraft for the last 100 hours or so. Before that it had a single pilot flying it for 12 years previously.

Gear cycles well, tires are in great shape. Aircraft pressurizes well. A/C gets cold but could be re-charged to get colder.

Heater has less than 100 hours on it's hobbs and works outstandingly.

I am buying a LongRanger 4 for the company and don't want to spend the money on this 421 now otherwise I'd certainly keep it. The Avionics is excellent and A/P works well flying LPV / WAAS approaches. I'll even update the databases before the aircraft departs.

All Logbooks are present.

This is what I found while researching the very well documented logbooks.

INFO ON ENGINES

Crack on left engine is near the Alternator upper crank case. According to what I can see in SB M90-17 it falls in the dark region which is considered non critical and is not seeping oil.

Other cracks are around the injector ports. It seems that both engines can be repaired from what I see, but I'm not an expert. Both engines are RAM engines.

If you buy it and pay, I'll get the ferry permit and deliver it to you within reason. We can always negotiate the logistics for a deliver in and around the USA
