If this aircraft does not meet the reserve, I will consider a fractional ownership divided four or five
ways. I will go four ways at $10,500, or five at $8,000 each, with myself
retaining one of the four or five shares. The aircraft is based at Roanoke NW
Reg Airport (52F). If a fractional ownership materializes, I will ask for
shared fixed costs, and shared variable costs. I will continue to maintain the
aircraft with reasonable compensation for each share, and will complete an
engine field overhaul when necessary at cost. If the ownership is divided five
ways, the fixed monthly cost will be approxiamately $90 to $100. This will
include the cost of annual inspection (including expendables oil, filters,
grease), hangar, and insurance (subject to variations due to experience or
prior claims). Not included are things like tires, battery, ELT, or

My insurance only covers me as PIC. If you wish to fly left seat during a
flight demo you must have proof of current insurance, otherwise you must
complete the demo in the right seat. If you have any questions or concerns,

aircraft has been previously flown and has been subject to normal wear and
tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. A used aircraft will show signs
of use such as: some scratches, dings, and some wear. I attempt to
