Vintage strut pump, AEROI HAND STRUT PUMP THE CLEVELAND PNEUMATIC TOOL CO. CLEVELAND OHIO SERIAL NO 14576. The body is brass painted green and the piston is brass. It has pressure on the up and down stroke. It does have scratches but no dents. Wood handle is in good shape too. Email with any questions.
