I've had this listed for a month on a classified site and have gotten endless tirekickers and low ballers offering anywhere from 500. (Yes someone emailed me and seriously told me since its been sitting 5 years it will have to be parted out and it would only be worth 500.....) to the highest offer of 10k. I'm just wanting what I've got in it back which is not much more than that BUT if you plan on offering anywhere in between 500. And 10k please don't waste my time!! If you're a first time plane buyer and don't know anything about mechanics and your going to take it to a high priced FBO to have it all Redone this  isn't the plane for you; you'd probably be better off buying a little better one in annual for 20k. This is a good deal for a mechanically minded person that can do most of the little stuff themselves and have a good straight 172 for cheap.
