If you are running a non vertical profile RS-181A or RS-811A this is a direct replacement if you are running a MFD. You go into settings and select VP RS-181A and BAM! you have vertical profile.
If you are running a standard radar indicator with your RS-811A or RS181A non VP Radar, you may have to swap your indicator out with a -32 or -33 IN-182A. It is a direct indicator mount and wiring swap which means no install cost.
