1969 Cherokee 140 (7252F, SN 28-25169), 1440 hrs total time since new on both airframe and engine (140hp). In annual and flies regularly. All log books and applicable AD's are up to date since new. VFR avionics (2 comms, 1 VOR, 1 Xponder-encoder) Built in intercom, autopilot (wing level), hand break, power quadrant, hat shelf and 4 seats. This Cherokee spent 45 years hungered in Illinois, flying only on weekends. Well taken care of.
Compression all in the 70's. New tires, spark plugs and battery. Very very easy start.
